Returns & Refunds
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If something is wrong, here is how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Return window
Return or replacement requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Eligible cases
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts or manufacturing defect
- Package tampered in transit
Non-returnable items
- Used or altered toys
- Items without original packaging
- Personalised or special-order items
- Return requests raised after the eligible window
Refund timeline
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are usually completed via bank transfer or UPI.
